Twelve’s mission is to provide Marketing Capital to eligible
businesses. Marketing Capital is financing intended for the sole
purpose of funding a business’s marketing budget to supercharge its
growth.
This Privacy Policy can be updated from time to time and, therefore,
we ask you to check back periodically for the latest version of this
Privacy Policy. If we implement material changes in the way we use
your information, in a manner that is different from that stated at
the time of collection, we will notify you by posting a notice on our
Website or by other means and take any additional steps as required by

your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal
and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed
by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid end user
privacy policy.

and rules (including, without limitation, federal, state or local
laws),-3- and requests of law enforcement, regulatory and other
governmental agencies or if required to do so by court order, as
